My Service Work Order
You can request service on multiple contracts within your account. Pick the item in question, tell us what's happening and we will send you an email confirmation with the contractor who will be providing service and their contact information. Don't need service? Simply cancel the request and you are done.
My Payments
Tired of having to send a check each month? You can sign up for automatic payments, check your balance, see if a service fee was paid or see your payment and service fee history here. My Payments allows you to handle all your payment and accounting items, including updating your credit card information.
My Profile
Change your password or update your contact information for your account. Edit subscriptions for e-Newsletters and e-Maintenance tips or sign up for other offers from the ServiceMaster family of brands.
Renew Your Home Warranty
Continue your home warranty coverage right from your My Account. When it's time, click the Renew Now button to review your coverage, make changes to your optional coverage and complete the renewal payment process.
